We are currently in the early development stages of the Museum of Scouting at Gilwell Park. This will showcase the UK as the founding Nation of World Scouting.

The Museum will be a beautiful space for Scouts from the UK, and all over the World, to gather, share stories and learn about the history and future of Scouting.

The Camp Square at Gilwell Park is not fit for purpose.  Originally designed as a place for Scouts to come together, make friends and share experiences; over time, it has lost focus.

We need to invigorate this space, creating a new and exciting setting.  A hub where visitors not only make connections with each other, but are also able to discover a connection to the past.

There has never been an official Museum to celebrate the UK as the birthplace of Scouting, even though there is an important story to tell, not just with UK Scouts, but with our friends from around the world.
